Our Angus cattle are raised with care on our central farm in Oxford, Canterbury —a land of open skies, rolling hills, and rich pastures. Here, every animal grows naturally, nourished by a balanced grain-and-grass diet that enhances marbling, tenderness, and flavor.
From farm to table, we honor every step of the process.
We hand-select each cut, age it to perfection, and prepare it with the craftsmanship that respects both nature and tradition. Every slice tells a story — of clean air, good feed, and honest work.

MARBLE MASTER
MARBLE MASTER showcases Angus cattle bred for 150-200 days in natural pastures and grain-fed environments, achieving marbling scores of M3-5 or even higher. Catering to specific customers, we also offer customised rearing durations and methods. The Marble Master series has already made its mark in over a hundred local restaurants across New Zealand and is available for export to markets worldwide.
YEARLING MASTER
YEARLING MASTER is our signature product, uniquely combining the essence of natural grass-fed nourishment with a variety of natural grains. Our Angus yearlings are raised for about 12 months before they are ready, ensuring the meat is both nutritious like grass-fed beef and tender like grain-fed beef. The ideal size of our products also opens up a myriad of culinary possibilities, providing chefs and home cooks alike with endless creativity.

We are proud to be partners with Harris Meats Cheviot. It all began for Harris Meats in 1956 when Clare Harris suggested to her husband Dennis that they start a butchers shop in Cheviot for servicing the local community. With over 60 years of dedication to provide the best quality meats, Harris Meats Butchery became an iconic country butcher not only for locals but also for many other customers stopping on their way through.
